What we help with
- Windows and Mac computers, including setup, updates and repairs.
- Office Wi-Fi, routers and network cabling.
- Printers and scanners.
- Email, shared files and sign-in problems.
- Backups, and checking that they can really be restored.
What we don't do
We don't build websites or write custom software, and we don't repair phone screens. If you need one of these, we'll say so straight away instead of taking the request on.

We explain what went wrong and what we changed, in plain language. When a problem is likely to come back, we write it up as a guide so the next person can fix it in minutes.
