Email the help desk
Every request starts with an email, so there's a written record of what happened and what we tried.
What to include
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- The exact wording of any error message. A photo of the screen is fine.
- When it started, and whether anything changed around that time.
- Whether anyone else is affected.
- The steps you've already tried from the guides.
- The best way to reach you if your email isn't working.
What never to send
Don't email passwords, sign-in codes or recovery codes. We won't ask for them, so treat any message that does as an attack, even if it appears to come from us.
If you think you've been hacked
Disconnect the computer from the network by turning off Wi-Fi and unplugging any network cable. Leave it switched on so nothing is lost. Then email us from another device with "Security" in the subject line. Security problems and outages that stop a whole office go ahead of other requests.
